The following few topics are areas of endeavor where I have dedicated a great deal of my creative energy and focus.

These arenas provide a general view of my sphere of influence and connection and will offer a deeper sense of my craft, passion and experience.

Learning Communities and Living Fields:

Building pathways of participation and platforms of engagement to support the essential teachings of Learning Communities building the New World is a core organizing framework for my work in the world. For the last 5 years I have been working with a team of curriculum and systems designers focused on building integrated learning environments for virtual distribution and engagement of the various teachings that are growing the new earth culture and new paradigm ventures all the while supporting localized sites where learning and engagement takes root and creates place.

All designs are based on principles and values of Living Systems with intention to create vital communities of practice to fortify and spread values, memes, and practices of the new paradigm. Associates include: The Transition Town iniative, The Foundation for Conscious Evolution, The Gene Keys, Heart Circles, Gaia University, The Shift Network, Wisdom University and Living Mandala.

I hold a current focus is on growing integrated platforms to provide an interlinking environment that lifts multiple communities while sharing the investment expense and audience outreach.

Integrated Business Ecologies and Eco-enterprises:

A key leverage act of strategically supporting our evolution is found in creating vital ecologies of viable enterprises that support the building of resilient local communities and bio-regions. Various enterprises have been serviced to establish feasibility, start up and organizational development as well as increased efficiency.

Focus given to: food sovereignty, local economies, health & natural medicine, education, appropriate technologies, and eco-village design.

Personal and Bio-Regional Resiliency

The changing world is placing many pressures on us to adapt and respond to quick and significant changes. My work and service is in service to supporting the critical orientations and intelligent responses that support us as individuals, small groups and cross contingency communities to prepare and respond to the survival and 'thrival' issues we are facing today.

Focus given to: change management, food sovereignty, transitioning and fortifying our economies, assets based community mapping, appropriate technologies,  shock and trauma education and awareness, climate change, soil remediation, coalition building and platforms that strategically share successful methodologies.

Governance of Living Systems:

Committed to discovering and implementing core protocols that embody the concepts of healthy living systems I have given great energy to the endeavor of learning governance models that support both free and open self-organizing systems that also create quick and easy integration and results. I am a trained and certified practioner and instructor of Holacracy, a cutting edge whole systems method for governance in business, organization, communities and coalitions. I see Holacracy and governance technologies that produce similar results as a key ingredient to streamlined yet inclusive decision making and a means to creating efficient, dynamic, healthy, adaptive systems that are both autonomous and aligned with other endeavors relating to them.

Intergenerational Dialogs:

Committed to the notion that together, we all share the experience of being in the same generation - a generation alive during great global change and awakening - Intergenerational Dialogs are built around the value of sharing together what is important and meaningful in this generation and supporting each other to play our natural part of the great change. Through bringing together multiple age groups and exploring what matters and how to support each other in this time of global initiation important bonds are formed in the community. Mainstream culture creates separation and when we come together in meaningful ways to explore the issues of our modern day we find that we are much closer than we imagined and we need each other to face the future connected and wiser together. Together in Intergenerational partnership we have the necessary ingredients to build a bridge that is new and improved into the future.

Evolutionary Love and Partnership:

The evolving world beckons the essential rediscovery of values and practices that usher in greater harmony, healing and regeneration. This process invites us into deep exploration of the many parts of our selves; how we relate to our external world; how we love, what we support, how we share power, what ways and to what extent we are willing to share love and power with others- even those that could be seen as our opposite.

Devoted to healthy systems that build a brighter future has existed in tandem with my passion for vital relationships, genuine embodiment and supportive environments.  These principles naturally seek to find a way into all of our working endeavors and areas of life. Creating the new era of peace and regeneration requires a fresh look at love and partnership and cultivating a conscious interplay between masculine and feminine aspects of creation. This helps us to evolve our world to a more balanced place. Together with a healing attitude we can unravel the layers of mistrust, oppression and deadening of the authenticity within and bring healing and redemption throughout our relationships. There an entirely new era of harmony, vitality and abundance awaits us.
