With a focus on New Paradigm Principles & Practice, Shiloh Boss is dedicated to bringing holistic awareness into the world

of business and organizational development, strategic planning, media-presentation, community organization, natural enterprises and social-environmental systems.

Combining years of experience in Business and Administration, with degrees of study in Somatic & Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, Spiral Dynamics Integral; Natural Design in Systems, and Conscious Evolution, Shiloh shares an innovative focus on the healthy psychology of systems. Her efforts bring the personal and collective learning process into teams and community through dialogue, inquiry, strategic visioning and planning, graphic recording, storytelling, contemplative practices, group endeavor and project management.

As a vanguard for the emerging world, Shiloh works in collaborative teams that craft a positive future for us all. Her recent works include co-designing a multimedia event called Amidst a Global Shift with Evolve.org,  The Social Synergy Design Process within the Gateway to Conscious Evolution learning community, The Intergen Gathering in Ojai, California and The Sustainable Community Leaders Dialogs in Ashland, OR.
